LOS ANGELES (TNA) – Porn can give a woman fame and fortune, but not necessarily a fella.
It’s common for these sexy celebrities to complain about how difficult it is finding a romantic relationship outside the industry in part because of the prejudices society has against sex workers.
Relative newcomer Ami Emerson, 24, admits she’s has had problems settling down with a steady boyfriend as well. But she puts the blame on herself, not her job.
“I’ve tried to have a boyfriend,” the randy redhead confessed during an interview following her August 14 live chat with Naughty America. “But it hasn’t really worked out, because… um… you know, I like to fuck around!”
Currently, Emerson is dating five different guys, all of whom know she does porn and most of whom know about each other.
“The one I’m most serious about knows I do porn,” she said. “But he doesn’t really know that I’m dating the other guys. Or, like, he doesn’t know that much, not as much as the other’s know. You know?”
She’s been upfront about her career and has been surprised by the reaction.
“When I first started telling guys about my job, I expected them to react negatively,” Emerson said. “I’d heard stories from girls about how it’s soooo hard to find a boyfriend once you do porn. But the first guys I told were, like, ‘That’s cool.’ And so far it hasn’t been a problem.”
Instead, Emerson says her real problem is an inability to keep her hands off the boys. She has a propensity for sex in public places and getting banged by two guys at once.
“I’ve had sex in restaurant bathrooms, at the beach, everywhere,” she said. “Once, I picked up a couple of guys I met at a party and I took them back to my place and fucked both of them at once. “I came up short on a jump and severed my ACL,” she said. “Right now, I’m on my third knee surgery. I can’t really skate because it causes me pain. That’s why I’ve been taking it easy and haven’t been doing a lot of porn scenes. But I’m three months into my recovery now, so I think I’ll probably start to get back to work.”
