Former GnR drummer enters not guilty plea

LOS ANGELES -- Former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler has pleaded not guilty to drug charges and will remain in rehab for at least the next month.

Adler appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday morning with a friend and therapist. A judge ordered him to remain in rehab while he awaits a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of drug possession and a misdemeanor count of being under the influence of drugs.

Los Angeles police arrested him last month and he was freed on $10,000 bail.

The Naughty American says: We think this latest stint in rehab will be the one that wakes Adler up. On a related note, we look forward to the release of Chinese Democracy.

Man denied refund for condoms accused of calling 911

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- Police said a man called 911 and reported a robbery after a gas station employee refused to give him his money back for an unopened box of condoms.

Police said officers responded quickly to the call on Sunday and found a gas station worker who fit the description of the robber given by the caller.

Police said the 21-year-old man told them he called 911 and made the bogus report to help him get his money back.

Police charged him with making a false report.

The Naughty American says: We side with the thief on this one. We hate the feeling of condoms.

Cops say woman and son rob stations together

MILWAUKEE -- Police in Wisconsin say a woman celebrated her birthday by helping her teenage son rob two gas stations.

Officers in the Milwaukee suburb of Greenfield say the 37-year-old woman acted as the getaway driver while her 17-year-old son robbed the stations at gunpoint. Authorities say the pair were in custody Wednesday awaiting charges. Their names were not released.

Police say the teen was visiting from Chicago for his mother's birthday.

And they say the woman's 13-month-old daughter and two boys ages 10 and 14 rode along during the robberies in Greenfield and Milwaukee. Greenfield police Deputy Inspector Bradley Wentlandt says the younger children have been turned over to child welfare.

The Naughty American says: After terrorizing a Wisconsin establishment and fleeing maybe the two can do what Bretty Favre did -- land a hefty contract to play for the Jets.

Boy, 11, charged with teens in Pa. gun-store heist

PHILADELPHIA -- An 11-year-old boy joined four teens in a late-night gun shop heist that netted 15 firearms -- then boarded a city bus for the trip home, police said.

A passer-by alerted authorities to the burglary late Monday at the Suburban Armory store in Collingdale, a Philadelphia suburb, police said. Two teen suspects were arrested at a pizza parlor and two others leaving a nearby bus stop. Officers shut down traffic in the area and found the 11-year-old Philadelphia boy on board a bus.

A security camera caught the boy in action, Collingdale Police Chief Robert Adams said Wednesday.

"We can see the youngest one, the 11-year-old, at the gun store taking guns," Adams said. "It's amazing that an 11-year-old kid would think of being involved in something like that."

The Naughty American says: We've learned that the perpetrators were actually 20-year-old Chinese gymnasts.
