New TV Network Adds ‘Nude’ To Hit Shows

LAS VEGAS (TNA) – Finally, a television network that realizes sex sells!

Coming Oct. 1 to a living room near you is Vavoom TV, an erotic television channel featuring send-ups of such popular American programs as “America’s Got Talent,” “Judge Judy” and “The View.”

Vavoom TV, based out of Las Vegas and founded by entertainment industry entrepreneur Stephen Brown, will offer nudity-filled content online, and via satellite and cable, for $14.95 per month.

With program titles like “America’s Naked Talent,” “Judge Nudie” and “The Nude View,” the network realizes that it ain’t Jerry Springer, Judge Judy Sheindlin or Rosie O’Donnell that delivers viewers – it’s the promise of a little skin.

Or, in the case of this network, a lot of skin.

Take “America’s Naked Talent.” With veteran porn stars Sunset Thomas, Randy West and Aurora Snow as judges, the show seeks to prove, once and for all, that even those outside the adult film industry have talent.

Contestants from all walks of non-porn life will showcase their talents – and bodies – while vying for a cool $100,000.

Staged at Sheri’s Cabaret, a Las Vegas strip club, the program will be filmed before a live studio audience, which may or may not be dressed. (“That’s up to them,” Brown says.)

While the judges aren’t required (or allowed, considering this group) to be naked, the contestants will be. That means if there’s a juggling team or a marching band that wants to win the loot, they gotta be nude.

Thomas says she’s excited about the prospect of a nude marching band, but reveals she doesn’t care what the contestants look like – she just wants to see talent.

“I wanna see it all,” she says enthusiastically. “It’s a nice twist. I’m usually at my very best when I’m naked. Now I get to see other people at their best when they’re naked!”

Thomas also looks forward to reuniting with West, who was one of her earliest co-stars.

“Randy was my first anal,” she says fondly. “He got me up the butt before my husband did.”

Although neither Brown nor Thomas say contestants will be coerced into sleeping with the judges, they guarantee that every other aspect of the program will be as realistic as possible.

Speaking of reality, that’s what awaits the winner: There are no recording or juggling contracts to sign. After winning the dough, it’s back to where they came from.

Then there’s “Judge Nudie,” a courtroom program starring porn pioneer Nina Hartley as an over-sexed small-claims court judge. Hartley will preside over a “love court,” in which plaintiff and defendant lay bare their cases…and selves.

All parties before the court will be nude, while the judge, who has starred in more than 700 adult films, will take the bench in a court-approved black negligee.

Free of judgments, but no less judgmental, is “The Naked View,” a gabfest featuring four sex-industry yentas who will take on the issues of the day while sitting in the buff.

The panel includes Playboy and Penthouse model Lexie Carlsen, porn actress Danielle Dei and stripper Jade Simone St. Claire.

But don’t look for out-of-work ex-“View” panelist Rosie O’Donnell to round out the foursome. Says Brown, “We’re not considering her, for obvious reasons.”
