LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash)—Celebrity tootsies can be so "toe- riffic."

That's the idea behind famousfeetdaily.com, a foot fetish website that boasts exclusive, close-up shots of celebrity feet, and ranks their tootsies on a scale of one to 10.

So far, the site has ranked Gwyneth Paltrow's famous feet with a nine of out of 10 possible sexy feet points, while "24" star Kim Raver's toes are scoring her a perfect 10.

But not every celebs' little piggies are hot to trot.

Site creator Mark Kulkis says his fleet of trained foot paparazzi have caught some "jacked up" feet on ladies like Whitney Houston, Susan Lucci, and Pam Anderson.

"Some celebrities just need to learn basic upkeep," Kulkis said. "Come on, you make millions, but you can't afford a pedicure?"

Besides proper pedicures, Kulkis says celebs are ranked on their nail polish, the shape of their foot and toes, arch, shins, and calves.

"If their shins are too spindly or their feet are full of spider veins, they'll get a low ranking," he said.

Although the site is geared toward those with foot fetishes, Kulkis hopes it catches on with regular folks who enjoy daily celebrity gossip.
