Naughty America Goes To Brooklyn
APRIL 25, 2008
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (Wireless Flash) -- Brooklyn has just been declared "America's Naughtiest City," but one aspiring councilman doesn't think that's such a nice honor.![]()
IHaveAWife.com Angelina Valentine will be in Brooklyn on April 26 to help declare the borough 'America's naughtiest city.'
Brooklyn was recently named "America's Naughtiest City" by adult entertainment company Naughty America, but one proud Brooklynite disagrees with the dubious honor.
Aspiring councilman Evan Thies says Naughty America missed the mark by dubbing Brooklyn naughty, especially because the New York borough is so "family-oriented."
"It's just gross. This is a place for families," he said. "Calling it naughty isn't even close to the truth."
Naughty America claims to have derived evidence of Brooklyn's naughtiness from Internet stats, like traffic to their websites.
Turns out the company gets more hits and interest from people in Brooklyn than anywhere else in America.
Naughty America spokesman Doug Sorito says Brooklyn should revel in the honor and be proud of their titillating
title.
"America is a country built on naughtiness and Brooklyn upholds that," he said. "Brooklyn's standards of naughtiness are what every other city should strive for."
Naughty America is honoring Brooklyn's new honor on Saturday, April 26, with a naughty, sexy party at the 507 Bar & Grill in the Williamsburg neighborhood. Among the celebrities in attendance will be Abbey Brooks, Angelina Valentine, Mika Tan, Ava Devine and Alexis Texas, who will be playing "Rock Band" with NA members and other guests.
TheNaughtyAmerican.com will be posting updates throughout the weekend at our live blog.
