Crossdresser Gives Tips From The Closet

L.A. crossdresser Gina Lance says it's important that crossdressing guys dress in a manner appropriate for their age group.

Los Angeles-based crossdresser Gina Lance has just penned "Get Dressed!" (Colgate Publishing), a book that gives crossdressing men tips on how to look and feel like a woman.

For instance, Lance says it's important for crossdressers to dress their age.

"There's nothing worse than a 65-year-old crossdresser in a tube top trying to look like Britney Spears," Lance said. "A lot of crossdressers don't get to wear the clothes they really want to when they're young, so they try to make up for lost time."

For crossdressers who want to be more subtle in public places, Lance suggests avoiding fishnets, mini skirts, six- inch heels, and "anything with giant flowers on it."

Crossdresser closet dos include lots of separates like blouses and skirts, which tend to fit the male body better than tight dresses.

And Lance has one important rule for crossdressing dudes: "Wear comfortable panties and make sure your corset isn't too tight!"

However, in order to look good, Lance says crossdressers must feel good first and "accept themselves."
