CHICAGO (TNA) – “No Country For Old Men” may have won the Best Picture Oscar, but it's a loser as far as on-screen nudity is concerned.

In fact, the Coen Brothers film wasn't even considered when it came time for MrSkin.com to compile the 9th Annual Anatomy Awards, which pay tribute to the year's finest moments of female nudity on movies and television throughout the previous year.

But great nudity and great movies don't always mix, according to Web site spokesman Mr. Skin. For instance, the Dane Cook comedy "Good Luck Chuck" received terrible reviews from most critics but won the coveted "Breast Picture" award from him.

"Thirteen different actresses were topless and you had Jessica Alba in her underwear," Mr. Skin said, adding those two factors made "Good Luck Chuck" a runaway choice.

But other actresses also earn praise from the Web site, such as Marisa Tomei, whose work in "Before The Devil Knows You're Dead," earned her an Anatomy Award for "Best Nude Scene."

"The key to her scene is that it lasts a long time," Mr. Skin said. "She's talking with Ethan Hawke and walks around the kitchen. The key is how good she looked. She has a killer body and there's great lighting that shows it off."

Other actresses earning Anatomy Awards include Jessica Biel, who won the "Best Underwear Scene" for the way she flounces her muscular bod without a care in "I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry."

The honor for "Best Chest" goes to British model Keeley Hazell, who shows off her bodacious tatas to good effect in a British movie called "Cashback."

Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie's computer-generated breasts in "Beowulf" won her the "Best Cartoony Boobies" Anatomy Award, and Mr. Skin admits it's hard to tell where the reality ends and the fantasy begins.

According to MrSkin.com, Erica Campbell is the 'Best Nudecomer of the Year.'

"They're very realistic," Mr. Skin admitted. "It's hard to tell if the special effects crew added a few cup sizes to her body."

Former child actresses Natalie Portman and Christina Ricci also received praises for their mature physiques. Portman gets the thumbs up from Mr. Skin for "Hotel Chevalier," which won for "Best Short-Film Nude Scene" and Christina Ricci wins the award for "Best Grown Up (And Out) Child Star” for her sexy performance in "Black Snake Moan."

"Part of the fun of this Web site is seeing child stars become gorgeous women," he said.

And it looks likes the "T" in TV is standing for tits these days thanks to a trend that has more nudity on cable TV than ever before.

"Movie theater and DVD nudity stayed about the same as in previous years, but cable nudity has really upped the ante," Mr. Skin said.

Of the shows that show a lot of cleavage, Mr. Skin cites the HBO drama "Tell Me You Love Me" as the most explicit and graphic. However, it gets a run for its money from "The L Word," which won its Anatomy Award for the lesbian love scene between Katherine Moennig and Kristanna Loken.

He also gives raves for Holly Hunter's bondage scene on "Saving Grace."

"You don't usually see that good of nudity on basic cable," he said. "Plus, she looked really good."
